If, within 30 days of accessing the course portal, you have completed 100% of the course and can demonstrate completion of activities and workbooks, you may request a refund if the program is not meeting your needs. To do so, please provide evidence of:
- Completing all assignments and workbooks to a reasonable standard
- Attendance of community learning workshops
- Confirmation of completing 100% of the course.

Private Coaching
Your purchase of a private coaching package signifies your commitment to engage and participate fully.
Once a coaching call is scheduled, it is considered a fixed appointment. If necessary, you may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice and make it up within 3 months of purchase (redemption period).
Any missed, rescheduled or cancelled coaching calls with less than 24 hours’ notice or beyond the redemption period will be forfeited.
We do not offer refunds for private coaching packages. If calls are not booked within the redemption period, they will be forfeited.
